We awoke this morning to the most beautiful sight. The sun. It has been many days since we have been greeted in the early morning by this stranger. What a pleasant surprise.
And with the light streaming in, we crouched down with our noses to the floor and tiny chickens cheeping in the background (yes, there are still baby chickens in our house.) to marvel at the first "birth" of our nearly 2000! silkworm eggs (idea here). We will be off marching in the sunshine today to collect some tiny little mulberry leaves for our new tiny little friends. So many mouths to feed and so little time you know.
So many worms. So so many worms.
Sun and silk. I like.
